Information notice
Privacy policy
Applies to the independent informational presentation on this website. Last updated: 23 July 2026.
1. Nature of the presentation
This website presents Hotel Liptakówka in the POLTURIZM network. It is not the hotel’s official website. The official source of information, bookings and offers is liptakowka.com.
2. Technical data controller
The controller of data relating to the technical operation of this presentation, consent management and any analytics is AKTRU Sp. z o.o., ul. Gdowska 22A, 32-020 Wieliczka, Poland, NIP PL6831941323, KRS 0000234892, REGON 120054951, email: aktru@aktru.pl, tel. +48 698 068 148.
3. Hotel and external services
Hotel Liptakówka and the operator of its official website and booking system are separate entities. Data shared after visiting the official website or using bookings, email, telephone or maps is processed under the respective provider’s policies.
4. Technical data
The hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, requested resources, and browser, system and error information. This supports security, operation, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
5. Browser storage
The website uses local storage to record the version and scope of consent. This necessary record remembers the user’s choice. Preferences can be changed using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.
6. Analytics
Analytics functionality has been prepared but is not enabled because no GA4 ID has been provided. With an empty configuration, the website does not load gtag.js or send data to Google Analytics. Enabling analytics would require user consent.
7. Map
Google Maps is not loaded on initial page entry. It is embedded only after clicking “Show map”. This connects to Google and may transfer technical data to that provider.
8. Recipients, transfers and retention
Technical data may be entrusted to hosting and IT service providers as necessary to operate the website. Without analytics enabled, the presentation does not transmit analytics data outside the EEA. Logs are retained for periods justified by security and diagnostics according to infrastructure settings.
9. User rights
Under the GDPR, users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of their data, object to processing or withdraw consent, subject to applicable conditions. They may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated following changes to functions, providers or law. Questions about this presentation may be sent to aktru@aktru.pl.
